Marghazhi Vaibhavam Episode 3 Review by Indra

Selvi. Jayalakshmi needs a huge praise first of all, for her immaculate dressing sense, pleasing smile, expression in the eyes and the wonderful modulation of her voice! She is doing a commendable and appreciative job by compering the show and adding a lot of  charm, thereby!
Ramanathan and group sang the third pasuram"Oonghi ulagalantha" on Saxophone, Violin and Mridangam with such a dedication and absolute melody!

In the sub-title " Muppadhum thappamae", Velukkudi Swamigal, in his lucid style adhered Andal as both "Choodik koduththaal" and "Paamalai paadikk kodutha!al", making the third pasuram"Ongi ulagalandha", much easier and simpler for the viewers! In emphasizing Andal's goodwill towards the universe to lead the righteous path to attain Lord's Feet, Swamigal points out that she practised only Bhathi and Bhakthi margam towards the Lord. She preaches her near and dear to think, talk and do any action to and for HIM only! In all her thirty pasurams, the simple message that we should practice Bhakthi Margam only, is the "Divyamudham" that Andal predicts for HIS followers! The Vedas in the Upanishads of Geethai and"Kotha Upanishad" teach us the only path, which is total patronage and discipline towards GOD, and following the foot steps, that HE had already carved for us!

Swamigal's fluency in rendering his thoughts made us viewers spellbound to the core!

Revathi Sankaran, being a multi-faceted personality, ruled the Vaibhavam by introducing the audience to mouth-watering and brain-tickling, tasty "Divyamudham", prepared by various participants. The whole place was like the "Madappalli" of a temple where there will be always a  delicious array of the Prasadams of Perumal! Be it, "Thiruvadhiraikkali", Eruseri, "Uppuma Kozhukattai"(Pidi, as corrected by Revathi ma'm), be it, akkara vadisil, mudakkaththan dosai, Poli, or vadaimaalai, Revathi Sankaran, being a culinary expert, was ready to correct everybody in their preparation and the small, interesting details attached with each and every dish! She even asked a participant, as to what will be the benefits of Mudakkaththan keerai, which was used to make the dosai! No doubt, the whole programme was lively and very homely!

After have the delicacies, Saindhavi, had engaged the viewers with her happening experiences, which were very absorbing to hear. It was laudable to hear that she receieved her first prize for carnatic singing from Yuva Kala Bharathi in the year 2009! The emotional experiences that she shared in her sweet voice, was involving us to enter her frame of mind, and enjoy the experience with her. Gifted with the most enviable voice, she sang"Karunai Deivame" so beautifully. No wonder anybody will fall hypnotised hearing her sing "Aasai mugham" or "Chinnanchiru kiliye"! She is firm and optimistic, that anybody will relish her cooking as well with the same fervour and enthusiasm! Both a great established singer and also a coveted cuisine expert, she is bent on reaching great heights in her achievement!

With the Kaleidoscopic events of Vijay TV, we, the viewers, are looking forward for the arrival of Vijay tomorrow!
